SUSHI + ROTARY SUSHI BAR Malaysia @ Bandar Puchong Jaya

August 5, 2016

Are you a sushi lover? Then, you should definitely not miss this place:
SUSHI + ROTARY SUSHI BAR
1F-01, Kompleks Kenari, Jalan Kenari 19,
Bandar Puchong Jaya, 47100 Puchong, Selangor.

It's very visible and eye-catching from the main road.
Just above Old Town White Coffee at the corner shop.

Sushi + Rotary Sushi Bar, the only 8 months old Japanese restaurant, features the first and brand new concept of eating sushi using the refrigerated covered conveyor belt sushi system in Malaysia

The unique feature of the restaurant - refrigerated sushi-go-round! A variety of fresh sushi are moving along the rotating conveyor belt in a clockwise manner. It is very convenient and easy for the customers to grab their favorite sushi from the belt.

All the sushi in the enclosed acrylic conveyor belt are kept under cold temperature. This special feature that cannot be found in other sushi restaurants really attracts me a lot. I can now enjoy cold, fresh, and more hygienic sushi.

Each plate of sushi is color coded from the cheapest price of RM2.30 to RM10.00.

Green color: RM2.30, mainly egg based sushi

Yellow color: With only RM4.30, you can enjoy the salmon sushi.

Blue color: RM6.30. The mochi was my favorite!
[Never thought it would taste so good,
I would give it 100% for the taste and texture!]

Red color: RM8.30

Black color: RM10.00, Fresh Salmon Sashimi.

In addition to the Kaiten sushi, they also have ala carte menu that you can choose to satisfy your craving. Choices from salad, oyster, deep fried/ grilled dishes, sashimi, soup, noodles to rice and curry.

The Garlic Fried Rice - RM6.00
is just a small Chinese cup portion, however, the taste is superb! The mixture of garlic, egg, and rice is just nice and very flavorful.

Moriawase Tempura: RM13.00
Assorted prawns and vegetable tempura. Not to mention, the prawns are very fresh. Worth for the price.

Ika Surumi Yaki: RM13.00
The squid grilled with teriyaki. This is one of the side dishes that i will always order when i visit Japanese restaurant. To my surprise, the grilled squid they served here was thick and long with juicy and chewy meat. Slurpp! Love it!

Dragon Maki: RM23.00
A premium sushi roll with the appetizing prawn and the crunchy Japanese cucumber topped with thin-sliced of avocado and a sprinkle of flying fish roe.

Sashimi Salad: RM23.00
The combination of fresh vegetable with fresh assorted raw fish, salmon, roe, and served with house dressing. Personally, I love to eat salad! The picky part of salad to me is that the ingredients need to be fresh and with flavorful dressing
This dish did not disappoint me =)

 Take: RM53.00
Assortment of chef selected 12 pieces of nigiri sushi and 1 roll of maki. Yumm~

Iso Moriawase: RM73.00
The main character of the day - assortment of raw salmon, yellowtail, tuna, butterfish, sweet shrimp, octopus, and surf clam. There are a total of 7 types of sashimi.
[ Shoutout to those sashimi lovers, you guys should try their fresh sashimi! ]

The restaurant does a good job in menu selections with fresh ingredients. What's more important than FRESH in restaurant business? NO!

Do check out their Japanese soda marble drink.
Ramune Drink: RM6.90
The restaurant also provides budget-friendly lunch set menu with affordable price starting from RM8.90 onwards.
